Program Educational Objectives (PEOs)

Students of Mechanical Engineering will

PEO-1 Demonstrate their solid foundation in Engineering, Science and Technology leading to successful career in Mechanical and allied Engineering
PEO-2 Demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills in their domain
PEO-3 Exhibit technical skills in operating tools, machineries and equipment to meet Industry requirements
PEO-4 Evince Lifelong learning upholding ethical practices in their chosen field of profession

Program Outcomes (POs)

PO-1 Demonstrate solving problems in engineering with the fundamental knowledge of Basic Engineering Mathematics, Engineering Physics, Engineering Chemistry, Engineering Graphics and Engineering Basic Workshop Skills.
PO-2 Demonstrate the knowledge to understand, formulate and optimize solution through Diagnostic & Problem solving abilities.
PO-3 Demonstrate the knowledge & skill of selecting, preparing appropriate modern tool to Design & evaluate moderately complex engineering components
PO-4 Imbibe healthy practices like professional ethics, safety, legal regulations, and societal, environmental and cultural sensitivities.
PO-5 Demonstrate ability to Communicate and work effectively in a team.
